Identifying a Site
We can assist in identifying potential sites from a variety of sources from our database of contacts, and can support in getting the necessary planning permissions.
Setting the Team
We support our clients in setting up the project team, providing recommendations of architects, project managers, contractors and selling agents we have strong relationships with.
Arranging the Finance
We identify suitable lenders, submit all the necessary information to secure preferential terms and prepare detailed applications, backed by support from the necessary bank panel professionals.
Drawdown Due Diligence
Once facilities are approved, we will monitor the due diligence to get the deal drawn, and will address any legal, PMS, valuation issues flagged on behalf of the client.
Construction
We can attend monthly site meetings between the Bank’s monitoring surveyors, the Bank and the client’s professional team to ensure that progress is in line with both the client and bank’s requirements.
Exit Strategy
Depending on your preference, we will identify a lender and prepare a full detailed submission for refinance of the development facility or we will identify suitable estate agents monitoring the sales of the completed units.
